This software was originally sold by Roland for £325 but is now discontinued so you can no longer order it, or download it. I have a copy of the Windows and MAC versions and will share it with like minded VP-9000 owners in exchange for other VP-9000 resources, for example your favorite samples, loops, VPZ files, libraries etc - just make me an offer!
